Bone Armchair
The Bone Armchair, created in a limited edition of 12 and exhibited by New York gallery Friedman Benda, is moulded from a mixture of marble and porcelain mixed with resin.
Low Sofa
Low is a new sofa collection designed by werner aisslinger for Spanish manufacturer Joquer.The sofa has an integrated media unit covered by a tray that functions as a coffee table. Hidden inside is storage space and changing and docking stations compatible for laptops,ipods and lighting equipment.
wallfa
Wallfa is an intriguing two sided piece of furniture that is both wall and sofa. It offers a comfortable sitting area that becomes playful when users interact from both sides of the wall. Movement, sound and touch hint at what might be happening on the other side.
Mamma Rocking Chair
The Mamma rocking chair is a tribute by industrial designer Patrick Messier to Sophie Fournier, his life and business partner, for the birth of their first child. When she announced that she was pregnant, she said that she would need a rocking chair. After the couple shopped in vain for a product that met their criteria for aesthetics and comfort, Messier decided to create something new.
Zaha Hadid furniture exhibited in New York
The collection, manufactured by London-based design company Established & Sons, features nine designs, each made of painted polyester resin and produced in limited editions of between six and twelve pieces.
Five of the pieces - called Serif - are shelving designs. The other pieces are Nekton, a cluster of four stools; a lounge chair called Gyre; a chaise called Crest and a cabinet called Swash. Prices for the pieces range between $17,100 and $104,500.

Obelisk
The essentially rectangular forms that make up the body of this piece, have striking angular facets, while the hole thing has a pronounced tilt and is slightly elevated on broad, sturdy formed steel legs.
The generous size, method of construction, and excellent ergonomics provide superb comfort and personal space in both the chair and sofa.
Loopty Loop Loopita
A fabulous concept in on-floor seating that has been designed by a chap called Victor Aleman. The best bit about this, though, is that if you fit a bunch of them together then it looks like Scalextric for the posh. Made of a single piece of red oak and covered with high-density foam it will no doubt be off-the-scale expensive.
Ripple Chair
Moroso, Italy
Patrizia Moroso, art director of Italian company Moroso, is without a doubt among the best-known design talent scouts of the last two decades. She is constantly looking for extraordinary people with whom she can tackle new projects. Many well-known designers today were young creatives who had just started out in areas other than furniture design – e.g. graphic design, sculpture or even other art forms like the fashion industry – when they first met Patrizia Moroso.

SCP's 'contemporary english' line
UK company SCP deviated from its cool, 'contemporary English' lines at Milan furniture fair 2007,showing the colourful Motley deep-buttoned, hand-knitted wool-upholstered footstool created by textile designer Donna Wilson. Inspired by the classic Chesterfield sofa, the stool will be available in four colourways.
Nouvelle Vague

Neat and clean designs for the chaise longue by Christophe Pillet: an open “S”, with an essential form. A light line that is imposed in the space through its great expressive power. Perfect for the day zone and also for the night zone, the chair is completed by an oval footrest that gives you the possibility of a more relaxing position, which can also stand alone as a pouf. Perfect too for external environments, Nouvelle Vague is available in the polished colours chalk white, black and china red in the sample collection.

Jam
Jam, designed by Studio Archirivolto for Calligaris. Seat with bodywork in two-colour acrylic. The side of the seat is always in shiny white while the external side is in transparent acrylic in orange, red, green transparent, blue and coffee.
The elliptic holes in the backrest have an unique harmonious effect providing versatility. The structure consists of a cone-shaped trunk with a chrome finish. The Jam series consists of chair and stools with slide base, chair on castors for home office and stools with swivelling central base or gas operated. Promosedia Top Ten Award 2006 for residential section.
